Shipping policy

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Portugal, where our products are assembled and prepared for dispatch.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to European countries, USA and Canada

3. Processing Time

  • Standard products:
    Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • Custom or modular kits:
    Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the configuration.

  • Pre-orders:
    Shipping dates are clearly indicated on the product page. Orders will be shipped once production is complete.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination:

Portugal 2–4 business days
Europe  5–10 business days
USA & Canada 10-14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery in real time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

  • VAT included for orders within the European Union.
  • Orders shipped to the USA and Canada may be subject to additional import duties and local taxes (typically around 0–10% for the USA and 10–20% for Canada), which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Nomadrum is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable

We will work with the carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Nomadrum cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
